Place a small amount in a bowl then slowly add water to activate the product and mix thoroughly to form a velvety paste (approximately 3 parts mask to 1 part water).

On your body, apply to your skin with your hands using circular motions to exfoliate. If you are using the mask on your face, it should be gently smoothed onto the skin, not applied in circular motions as on the body. You will still experience the exfoliating effects.

Leave the mask on the skin until it dries before removing with warm water.

For best results, use 1 to 2 times per week on your face or 2 to 3 times a week on your body. When used on the body, we recommend that you use the mask in the evening and then leave your skin free of any other products overnight.

We also recommend that you use a non-metal bowl and spoon to mix the mask as the use of metal is reported to negate the detoxifying properties of Bentonite Clay, an ingredient in the mask.
