We use Australia Post to ship all our orders. Australia Post is still delivering, but there are service impacts resulting in delivery delays due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. This is due to reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights (which also carry Australia Post parcels), a significant increase in parcel volumes, hygiene and social distancing requirements.  With the massive demand and current workforce capacity constraints in Victoria, Australian Post foresee an additional 3 day delay for deliveries into Victoria.

Please note Express Post is still available and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers but Australia Post has advised that it may not always meet the delivery standard and the Express Post guarantee has been temporarily suspended. Within Australia, some parcels could take five business days or more to reach their destination.

Choose STANDARD SHIPPING and your order will be delivered within 6 business days. However, if you are in rural or country areas in Australia, please allow up to 14 business days.




When will my order be sent?

For orders received by 12.00pm (AWST), Monday to Friday, we will do our best to dispatch the same day for express delivery option and no later than the following day for standard delivery. There may be slight delays in shipping (for express and standard) when we are experiencing high volumes of orders. Please also consider public holidays when selecting your desired shipping method. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a link and your tracking number. If your package has not arrived within the timeframe advised, please call your local Post Office just to make sure it's not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, please email us at and we'll follow it up with Australia Post for you.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

We have not opted for signature on delivery so that your delivery can be left at your nominated address if you are not at home. So please provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home.


We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States of America, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. During this time, we have suspended international standard shipping as an option to avoid packages being routed by sea mail instead of airmail.  

Please note: International customers are responsible for any additional import taxes and custom duties that may be incurred. Estimated delivery time frame for international deliveries is set out below and excludes any time in customs and delays to reasons outside Australia Post's control.

Customs and duty tax

International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country. Although this doesn't always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. This will occasionally be listed as an 'Additional Postage Fee', more information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges.
