Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at www.suchskincare.com
Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law being Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law).
30-day satisfaction guarantee
We believe in our skincare products and will give you a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your skincare purchase. To be eligible for the money back guarantee, we would like you to speak with us and provide evidence of the product not being suitable for your skin and the product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving it/them. The refund will not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product(s). Please refer below under 'Returning products' for how to make a return.
Please note that the ingredients in each of our products are all listed clearly on our website and it is your responsibility to read the ingredient list before you purchase our products.
Change of mind
If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the product must be: (a) in saleable condition; (b) unused with all original packaging; (c) returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the product (if applicable); and (d) the exchange or refund is sought within 7 days of purchase.
Such Skincare, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
We do not provide refunds if your order is sent back to us due to you entering an incorrect address at checkout or not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot. You will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee for re-delivery as charged to us by Australia Post.
If you believe a product is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
If there is a major failure with a product, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant product within a reasonable time.
Such Skincare will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please email a photo of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org supporting the claim.
How we process returns
Refunds will be given using your original payment method.
If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Such Skincare has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
Gift or bonus with purchase and bundled items
Where a product is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
For bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
We strongly recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
