Place a small amount of the mask in the Mask Bowl then slowly add water to activate the product and mix thoroughly to form a velvety paste (approximately 3 parts mask to 1 part water). Apply to skin with hands using circular motions to exfoliate. Then leave on the skin until it dries before removing with warm water. Use the mask 2 to 3 times a week for best results. When used on the body, we recommend that you use the mask in the evening and then leave your skin free of any other products overnight.

Apply the Oil onto clean, damp skin. Use as often as required. Use the Gua Sha to assist with the penetration of the oil, the elimination of toxins and to stimulate circulation for smoother, tighter and firmer skin.

Both products are suitable for use on the face and anywhere on the body. If you are using the mask on the face, it should be gently smoothed onto the skin, not applied in circular motions as on the body. You will still experience the exfoliating effects.
