Pink Clay vs Green Clay
Which mask is right for you.
Both Such Skincare clay masks are fine, powdered, preservative-free clay blends you mix with water yourself — the difference is what each one is formulated to target.
Green Clay: for congestion, breakouts and folliculitis
Our Green Clay Bum > Beyond Mask combines Kaolin, Australian Green Clay, Eucalyptus, Bentonite, Hyaluronic Acid, Lemon Myrtle, Calendula, Chamomile, Pomegranate and Aloe Vera. It's formulated for temperamental skin — pimples, acne, folliculitis or general congestion — on the bum, chest, face, or anywhere it shows up.
Pink Clay: for redness, dullness and hydration
Our Pink Clay Bum > Beyond Mask combines Kaolin, Australian Pink Clay, Coconut, Oat Kernel, Dragon Fruit, Hyaluronic Acid, Kakadu Plum, Pomegranate, Calendula, Chamomile and Aloe Vera. It's formulated to counter redness and deeply hydrate, for a brighter, more even complexion.
Mask or scrub? It's the same powder, different water ratio
Both clays come in the same soft, fine, fluffy powder form — no fillers, no added water. Mix roughly 3 parts clay to 1 part water for a classic mask consistency, or use a little less water for a gentler exfoliating scrub. Once mixed, the texture whips up light and fluffy, almost marshmallow-like, rather than a heavy paste. Because there's no water or preservatives added until you mix it yourself, the dry powder has a long shelf life sitting in your bathroom cupboard.
Can I use both, or use them on my face?
Yes to both. Many customers use Green Clay on active breakouts and Pink Clay as a brightening ritual, and both are gentle enough for the face when smoothed on rather than rubbed in circles. See our FAQ page for full how-to-use guidance.
